Information on Changes in Operational Hours of Fund Transfer Services at Bank MAS Branch Offices

Regarding the end of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic status in Indonesia, this is to support the smooth running of financial services and transactions. We herewith submit changes to the operational hours of fund transfer services at Bank MAS branch offices as follows:

This change will be applied from 14 August 2023.

For BI-FAST services, customers can still make transactions 24 hours via Internet banking and mobile banking on the MAS Mobile application. For information on rates and services, the customer can visit the rates and services page on the Bank MAS website.
