Winners have H+7 days to send their identification data (KTP) via email (care@bankmas.co.id ) For verification purposes.

Suppose the winner cannot be contacted and not respond to H+14 because the registered data is invalid. In that case, the winner's status is deemed canceled, and the prize is considered forfeited.

Prizes will be sent to the winners at the latest H+14 working days after the winner's data email is received and verified by Customer Service.
