Hello Bank MAS Customers,
Immediately update your data for transaction convenience if there are changes in identity or business information related to your status as a Bank MAS Customer, such as:
Individual customers:
- Changes to expired identity numbers such as driving licenses/passports
- Changes in personal data, such as address, occupation, and telephone number.
- Changes in source of income or if you do not have a source of income, you can complete the Beneficial Owner data (parents, husband, or guardian and others)
Company customers:
- Changes in data/incomplete data, such as NIB (Business Identification Number), business licenses, etc.
- Changes in company data include changes in address, shareholders, managers, and company attorneys.
- Beneficial Owners that are not yet complete
