Customer Fund Account (RDN), is a fund account owned by the Customer for the purpose of securities transaction settlement at the RDN Bank appointed by the Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in accordance with applicable laws, and administered by the Broker-Dealer based on the power of attorney or instructions from the customer.

For Customer Fund Accounts in the form of savings, Bank MAS does not issue or provide proof of ownership for Customer Fund Account owners such as savings books, Bank MAS debit cards.</li><li>All transactions on the Customer Fund Account can only be carried out: through IBB Bank MAS, MAS Mobile and / or other means determined by Bank MAS; and by a Securities Company or Custodian Bank that has received authorization from the owner of the Customer Fund Account to manage the Customer Fund Account.</li><li>Transactions to credit funds to the Customer's Fund Account by Bank MAS can be done through IBB, counters, and/or other means determined by Bank MAS which will be notified by Bank MAS to the owner of the Customer's Fund Account in any form and through any means.</li><li>The Customer Fund Account holder can only make an inquiry or request the balance and mutation of the Customer Fund Account through the means provided by the securities company and/or other means determined by Bank MAS which will be notified by Bank MAS to the Customer Fund Account holder in any form and through any means.</li><li>Bank MAS has the right to reject instructions given by the owner of the Customer Fund Account as long as Bank MAS has not received a revocation of the authorization to manage the Customer Fund Account from the owner of the Customer Fund Account which has been approved in writing by the Securities Company or the Custodian Bank.</li><li>Closing of Customer Fund Account can only be done: by the owner of the Customer Fund Account with written approval from the Securities Company or Custodian Bank; or by the Securities Company or Custodian Bank that receives the power of attorney for the management of the Customer Fund Account from the owner of the Customer Fund Account.</li><li>The process of closing the Customer Fund Account is carried out through a Securities Company or Custodian Bank that has received the authorization to manage the Customer Fund Account from the Customer Fund Account Owner.</li><li>MAS Bank reserves the right to refuse to open and or close the Customer's Fund Account.</li><li>The Customer Fund Account Holder is fully responsible for all consequences arising in connection with the management of the Customer Fund Account by the Securities Company or the Custodian Bank and hereby releases MAS Bank from all claims, demands, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions of any kind and from any party including the Customer Fund Account Holder.</li><li>All disputes arising in connection with the management of the Customer Fund Account by the Securities Company or Custodian Bank will be resolved by the owner of the Customer Fund Account with the Securities Company or Custodian Bank without involving MAS Bank.</li><li>These Additional Provisions for MAS Bank Customer Fund Account Holders form an integral and inseparable part of :</li><li>Provisions for Current Account Holders of PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk (Bank MAS)</li><li>Terms of MAS Savings PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk (Bank MAS)</li><li>Bank MAS has provided explanations and requested confirmation from the Customer on the explanation of the benefits, costs, and risks associated with the above products of Bank MAS.</li><li>In the event of any discrepancy and or inconsistency between these Additional Provisions for MAS Bank Customer Fund Account Holders and the provisions as mentioned in point 10 above, these Additional Provisions for MAS Bank Customer Fund Account Holders shall prevail.</li><li>The Customer Fund Account Holder hereby declares that he/she is subject to these Additional Terms for Customer Fund Account Holders of Bank MAS, the provisions as mentioned in point 10 above, and other applicable provisions of Bank MAS in connection with the opening of the Customer Fund Account. Bank MAS reserves the right to change these terms which will be notified by Bank MAS in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable laws.</li><li>The Customer Fund Account Owner hereby declares that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the contents of the Additional Terms for Customer Fund Account Owners of MAS Bank as mentioned above.</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; These Additional Provisions for Customer Fund Account Owners of PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk.
