Promo Mechanism
To get a 30% cashback promo (max. IDR 10,000) for KAI tickets, it's easy, you only need to order KAI tickets on KAI's official website or application and make payment for the KAI ticket order at MAS Mobile. For details on how to pay, you can see the steps below:
- Open the booking.kai.id web or the KAI Access application and log in using your KAI account
- Select the date, origin, and destination of departure
- Choose the train according to the schedule you want
- Fill in the passenger's data and Select a Seat, then click Continue
- Check the order details and check the agreement to the terms and conditions that apply, then click Pay Now
- Select another bank on the payment method page, then copy the Payment Code
- Open the MAS Mobile application
- Select the Payment menu
- Choose KAI Tickets
- Enter the Payment Code
- Enter the MAS Mobile PIN
Terms and Conditions:
- Promo is 30% cashback with a maximum cashback of IDR 10,000
- Promo only applies to KAI ticket payments via MAS Mobile
- Promo is valid for 1x use per period
- The promo quota is valid for the first 8,888 transactions during the period
- Cashback is received in the form of Bank MAS balance which will be sent a maximum of 3 x 24 hours
- Bank MAS does not serve requests for rescheduling and ticket refunds. For rescheduling and refund requests, customers can contact the KAI call center at 021-121
- Promo period: 6 – 16 April 2023
- Any third-party partner does not sponsor this promo program
- Bank MAS can cancel user rights if Bank MAS finds actions as abuse, fraud, and other suspicious transactions.
